Impeller is rotated at high speed to compress the air. Good impeller design is directly affecting the good compressor efficiency. The turbo blower's centrifugal impeller can show the highest efficiency when high design capability and high precision processing technology are well blended. Wide TDR(Turn-Down Ration)

For efficient operation in a water treatment system, a design that can provide a wide turn-down ratio (TDR) should be reflected.
TurboMAX impellers provide sufficient RTS and 40~100% TDR while maintain high compression efficiency.

High precision impeller machining

The original design of impeller blades can be machined very precisely by a 5-axis machine that can be applied with a precision tolerance of 0.001 mm.
In other words, the design efficiency pursued can be practically implemented,
and the TurboMAX impeller is excellent in strength by applying aluminum alloy (AL7075).
Compared to the cast impeller, there is no internal defect and the internal density is uniform, so the balance of the processed product is excellent.
In addition, anodizing treatment on the surface of the impeller enhanced resistance against corrosion and chemical.
